Europe needs a Trump!
The press - what we know as the mainstream media - in Europe has, as with so much else, hypnotised people into hating Trump and believing he is an evil man.
Ask a random European what Trump has actually done. Most can't tell you. They just know they are supposed to be against him.
This despite the fact that he has delivered progress for America. And despite the fact that he has done, and is still doing, everything the EU should be doing to deal with all of it.
Let me name a few, in no particular order.
Progress. The tax cuts have been made permanent. Ordinary workers get a deduction for tips and overtime pay, up to a ceiling. Business investment rose by more than 10 percent in the first quarter of 2026. America is betting fully on its own oil and gas and refuses to be dictated to by regimes that hate the West.
The border. Under Biden and Harris, millions crossed the southern border illegally. Since February 2025, Border Patrol has recorded fewer than 10,000 encounters a month. The lowest in more than 50 years. And month after month, not a single one has been released into the country. Closed borders were never impossible. It just took someone who wanted it.
Immigration. Catch-and-release is over. Illegal migrants are being sent home. The refugee cap has been cut from 125,000 under Biden to a fraction. There are entry bans on countries that cannot or will not document who they are sending.
Islam. Trump names the political Islam that European leaders only dare to whisper about. The Muslim Brotherhood - the mother organisation behind Hamas - is being designated as terrorist, chapter by chapter. Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Sudan so far. The new American counterterrorism strategy from May 2026 calls the Brotherhood the root of all modern Islamist terrorism. In Europe, we write reports about the same networks. And put them in a drawer.
Two sexes. On his first day, he signed that the American state recognises two sexes. Male and female. That should not be news. But it was.
Women's sports are for women again. Men out.
The children. Trump has gone hard after federal money for puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgery on children. From October, Medicaid stops paying. The Supreme Court has upheld the states' right to ban it, and around half the states have bans. Even in states without bans, hospitals are shutting down their gender clinics for minors. The goal is clear: No child should be able to have their sex physically changed.
The schools. No gender confusion for children in schools. Schools that push gender ideology on children put their federal funding at risk. Parents come first again.
Woke. DEI - the entire diversity and identity industry - has been removed from the federal government. People are hired for what they can do.
Free speech. One of his first decisions was to stop the government's cooperation with the tech giants in censoring citizens. His vice president stood in Munich and told Europe's leaders that the threat to Europe he worries about most comes from within. They sat there looking like kids caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
Defence. He got NATO countries to commit to 5 percent of GDP on defence and security by 2035. For decades, American taxpayers have paid for Europe's security. Now we have to do it ourselves. I call that growing up.
And so on. The list is long.
And maybe you think it's only the left that has turned on him and calls him every name in the book. It isn't. The centre-right has jumped in with both feet too.
And honestly... they are worse to watch. The left is at least honest about wanting something else. The centre-right has carried the same promises in its manifestos for twenty years. Tighter borders, a showdown with Islamism, protecting children and a smaller state. Then a man comes along and actually does it. And what do they do? They line up to distance themselves.
The problem, apparently, is that he is too loud and writes in CAPITAL LETTERS. And he doesn't ask Brussels for permission. They would rather lose politely.
Their greatest fear is being quoted in a newspaper in the same sentence as the word Trump. So they shake their heads along with the rest of the choir.
And don't think this only happens out there in Europe. In my own little country, Denmark in Scandinavia, it is exactly the same. Say something positive about Trump and you can feel the temperature drop in the room.
And then Greenland. Suggest with a single word that there could be advantages for Greenland and for the Western world if the island came into American hands, and the verdict is in. Traitor. Why don't you move. You don't belong here.
It doesn't even have to be your opinion. It's enough that you have turned the issue over and looked at it from more than one side. That is the crime.
Because the rule is simple. You must say the right thing. Whatever the media and the politicians have decided the majority thinks. Fall in line or be shamed.
We saw it during covid. We saw it with criticism of Islam, where the racism card was pulled before you could finish your sentence. And the gender debate is the same (sh*t)show.
A country that tells its own people to get out because they think differently has a problem bigger than Greenland. It reveals a collectively low level of consciousness. A people that cannot tolerate disagreement has already lost the very thing it believes it is defending.
So let me say it plainly. I stand where I stand. What strangers think of me, I do not care. They can call me a traitor or whatever the word of the day is.
I belong to no one. Only Him! ✝️
Personally, I don't know what would have happened if he and the Republicans had not been elected. Not only for America. For Europe too. But I can say that it would certainly have been catastrophic if the Democrats under Kamala Harris had continued their socialist, state-controlled crusade.
Does that mean they are perfect? No. But name me one politician - whether you agree or disagree with them - who is?
There isn't one.
I cheer for Trump Donald J. Trump and the Republicans in The White House, any day. So that freedom in the Western world can survive.
No newspaper will change that!
