UPDATE: The Henry Nowak case 🇬🇧
Henry Nowak, 18, a British university student, was stabbed to death with a 21cm blade by Vickrum Digwa, a 23-year-old Sikh, in Southampton on December 3rd, 2025.
Henry tried to escape. He climbed a fence while bleeding out.
Meanwhile, Digwa’s mother arrived at the scene and removed the murder weapon. She took the knife home and hid it alongside an arsenal of other weapons. She now stands co-accused of assisting the offender.
When police arrived, they arrested Henry.
Why? Because the killer played the race card.
Henry was handcuffed as he bled out in the street. He told the officer repeatedly that he had been stabbed. The reply:
“I don’t think you have, mate.”
Bodycam footage captures Henry saying “I can’t breathe” as he lies on his side in handcuffs. Only when he lost consciousness did police remove the cuffs and begin first aid. Too late. He drowned in his own blood on the street.
Toxicology showed he was sober. His own phone recorded the encounter - no racial slurs were spoken. The prosecution has confirmed the racism allegation is not supported by the evidence.
Let that sink in.
British police have internalised anti-racist ideology so deeply that they trust their own young white countryman - bleeding, unarmed, dying - less than an immigrant crying “racism.”
This is not policing. This is ideological paralysis. This is two-tier policing in its purest form: skin colour and victim status decide who is believed before the evidence is even examined. A white Briton is guilty until proven innocent. An ethnic minority is a victim, even while his own mother has just dragged the murder weapon away from the scene.
Henry died for this distortion. He died because the people meant to protect him were more afraid of being called racist than of letting a boy bleed out in their handcuffs.
Thank God we still have men like Elon Musk, who refuses to let this slide. He has publicly pledged to fund a wrongful death lawsuit against the police and cover the family’s legal costs - so justice can be served, and so the officers responsible are held accountable.
When institutions fail, individuals must step forward. That is exactly what Musk is doing here.
