Can’t believe this. Thought Meloni was smarter than that.
It’s funny. Because Frederiksen and the Social Democrats, held the wheel while the immigration numbers in Denmark climbed. She always talks about stopping the next arrivals. Never about sending anyone back. Remigration was never part of her project, and still isn’t. What she never touches is what already stands on Danish soil.
A leader who meant it would start at home. Frederiksen starts in front of a camera with Meloni and in Brussels. Show us the return flights. Then we’ll talk.
And two women? Gender has nothing to do with this. Unless you are part of the crowd that still believes having women in charge is somehow an achievement in itself. I don’t care whether the person holding the wheel is a man or a woman. I care where they are taking the country.
Christianity without Christ. Heritage without its origin. That is what we see when Meloni and Frederiksen stand side by side and speak of Europe’s Christian heritage. Because only one of them believes. Meloni has professed her faith. Frederiksen has said she does not believe in God. She calls herself a supporter of the Church, but only as culture and tradition, as something Danish to be proud of from the outside. You cannot be proud of the fruit and deny the root. You cannot honour the culture and shut your eyes to the God who created it. Frederiksen wants the heritage. She just will not stand by the One who gave it to us.
