“Danes eat over twice as much meat as dietary guidelines recommend”
The official Danish guidelines say max 350 g of meat per week. Total. Red meat and poultry combined. That’s 50 g a day. Half a small meatball. What a joke.
In our house we eat 300 g of red meat 5-6 times a week. Around 1800 g. Over five times the “recommendation.”
And you know what? We feel incredible. Strong bodies, sharp minds, energy to burn…as you can see.
These guidelines aren’t science. They’re ideology. Climate policy dressed up in health language so you swallow it without chewing.
Red meat isn’t the enemy. It’s the foundation. Humans have eaten meat for hundreds of thousands of years, not oats and lentils.
Satiety. Iron. B12. Zinc. Protein of the highest quality. Everything the body cries out for, and nothing plant-based can deliver in the same form.
But no. We have to cut back so the numbers add up for someone in Brussels.
Eat the meat. Eat it with peace in your stomach. Your body knows better than the bureaucrats.
And notice the pattern. Everything I write about connects. The food on your plate. The borders of your country. The faith they mock. The family they dissolve. The history they rewrite. It’s the same ideologues, the same narratives, told to you again and again, so you eat less, own less, believe less, become less. So you shrink. So you obey. So you forget who you are and Whose you are.
Wake up. Eat the steak. Stand tall. And start questioning every “recommendation” handed down from above.🪽❤️🔥✝️
