The greater meaning, for me, is to serve something greater than myself. To be a messenger for truth, freedom, justice and love in a time when all four are under attack.
To keep the frequency high. For those who can't. For those who don't dare. For those who haven't yet found their voice.
And in the end, to stand before Him and say: I did what You asked of me. I went first. I paid the price. And I never bowed my neck.
That is the greater meaning. For me!
