The left didn’t kill God with a single shot. They did it slowly - with ideology, institutions and a new gospel.
Socialism gave us the state as savior. Marxism gave us class as identity. Feminism told women they needed no man, no family, no order outside themselves. Technocracy handed truth over to the experts. Scientism took the rest and said science is the truth - and we own it. Progressivism gathered the ruins and called it progress.
God wasn’t replaced by nothing. He was replaced by new gods, new priests and new dogmas. Just without grace.
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that practicing Christians don’t vote left.
The left has turned abortion, gender, family and sexuality into litmus test issues.
Practicing Christians can’t vote left without voting against their own faith.
The state, the media and academia treat active Christianity with growing suspicion - and that drives believers toward those who don’t actively work against them.
Christians believe in objective truth, natural order, created design. That is structurally incompatible with the relativism and constructivism the left has made its philosophy. And the church cultivates what the left has abandoned - local responsibility, family, work, self-discipline.
In the US, white evangelicals vote Republican at over 80% consistency. Not because the right captured them, but because the left actively made Christian faith a political enemy. Abortion, gender, family, normality, truth.
This isn’t just about party. It’s about who wants you on your knees before the state - and who still believes there’s something higher.
